Getting started
The first thing you need to do to get started with the Media Control Center is to create an account.
- To create an account go to bcmmusic.mediacontrolcenter.com
- Press the “Create new account” button
- Fill in the requested information and press “Sign Up“
- At the email address you entered, you will then receive a message with a link to set the password
- With the email address and password, you can then log into the dashboard
Dashboard
Once you are logged into the dashboard you will see the Customer profile:
- Name: This is the name of the account you enter when creating the account. This will usually be the name of the company. If you invite other users, they will also see this name. For example, if a marketing agency uses the website for multiple companies, then they can switch between these accounts, which they recognize by this name.
- Region: This is the region this account is associated with.
- Code: This code allows you to link systems to this account (Each account has its own unique code). The code always consists of 3 letters a dash and then 5 digits.
Switch Environment
If a user already has a login with another client, this account is added. When logging into the website, the user can then choose which client he wants to go to. It is also possible to switch between different clients in the upper right corner. For example, if you are an advertising agency and do advertising for 4 different customers, you can switch between these 4 customers (Switch Environment). So you don’t need a different login for each customer.
