Music programming

• Select the system or group and press “Schedule“
• On the left, you will see “Music”, “Slides”, “Frames”, “Tickers”
• Double-click in the overview at the level of Music
• A pop-up will appear

Start typing the name of the desired playlist in the search field at the bottom. For your own user playlist, you will also see whose playlist it is.

The following data can be entered:

• Title: Display name in timer overview
• Start: Start date and time of the task
• End: Stop date and time of task
• Repeat: Never, Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly
• Description: Ability to add a description

Repeat Daily:

Repeat every: x day(s)

End:

• Never
• after x occurrence(s)
• on (select date)

Description: if desired you can add a description

Repeat Weekly:

Repeat every: x week(s)
Repeat on: Choose 1 or more days

End:

• Never
• after x occurrence(s)
• on (select date)

Description: if desired you can add a description

Repeat Monthly:

Repeat every: x month(s)
Repeat on:

• Date
• First, Second, Third, Fourth or Last
• Day, Weekday, Weekend day, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday

Repeat Yearly:

• Select month and day
• First, Second, Third, Fourth or Last

If you want to program several lists, create a separate task for each list. In the overview, you can change the start and stop times by dragging the block larger or smaller. Double-click on an assignment to modify it.
