Scheduling
You can schedule events to a system and/or group.
CAUTION!
By default, every computer checks for changes every 30 minutes. By default, this is often enough, because you normally program ahead. During tests, it is of course not convenient if you have to wait 30 minutes all the time. That is why there is a refresh button in the BCM music system “Overview of programming” screen to retrieve the new events.
Go to: Menu > Control panel > Media Control Center > Overview of programming
At the bottom of the screen, you can see when the data was last retrieved. At the bottom right is a refresh button, so the player will get the new data. You can also do this on the MCC website by clicking “Sync“.
Start scheduling
Select the desired system and press “Schedule“. Or select the desired group and press “Schedule“.
Programming events works in the following way. First, create a music, slide, frame or ticker playlist. You can then program these playlists.
