Slides

When you go to the “Slides” menu item, the User playlists are displayed first. If no playlists have been created yet, the text “No playlists found!” appears.

Create playlist

To create a new User playlist click on the “+ Create playlist” button.

Enter a name for the new playlist and possibly a description. You also have the option to upload your own image.

Under “Visibility” you can choose between:

• Public (all groups): Here the playlist is visible to everyone
• Groups (selected groups): Here the playlist is visible only to the groups you have added on the right side
• Private (only for me): Here you can only see the playlist yourself

Adding slides to a playlist

If you have created a new user playlist, it is still empty. There are no slides in it yet.

The “User slides” tab allows you to upload slides. You can upload a slide by clicking the “+ Upload new slide” button.

First, in the media type dropdown field, choose whether you want to upload an image or a video. Enter a name for the new slide and possibly a description. Click on the upload icon and choose the image or video you want to upload. After you click the “Save settings” button, the image or video will be uploaded.

After the image or video is uploaded, it will be visible under the “User slides” tab.

You can now add it to a slide playlist by clicking on the text “+ Add to playlist“.

Click on the dropdown arrow to see which lists are available to add a the slide to.

The “+ Add” allows you to add the slide to multiple playlists at once.

Browse slides

Here are all the available slides.

First you see the categories and if you click on a category you will see the slides that belong to the category.

From here you can add a slide to a slide playlist by clicking on the text “+ Add to playlist“.

Click on the dropdown arrow to see which lists are available to add a the slide to.

The “+ Add” allows you to add the slide to multiple playlists at once.
