Add users

Press “+ Add user“.

Add Users

Fill in all the required information here. The new user will then receive an email.

If this user does not have an account for MCC yet, then he will get an email with all the info and the possibility to create an account.

If this user already has an account (for example a marketing agency which already has an account for other clients), then this account will be linked to his already existing account.

Once this user logs in, he can choose which environment he wants to see.

Add user settings

You can also set user roles here. There are ten roles you can choose:

  • Admin
  • Content creator frames
  • Content creator music
  • Content creator slides
  • Content creator tickers
  • Manage systems
  • Manage users
  • Scheduler
  • Show systems
  • Show users

You can choose multiple roles per user.

Once you have entered everything, don’t forget to press the “Save settings” button so that the user is also saved.

Once the user is created it will appear in the “Users” screen.
